Q: Do you offer daily, weekly, or extended rentals?

A: Yes, we do offer daily to weekly rentals and extended stays. During peak periods and holidays, there may be a minimum stay requirement. We also offer longer-term rentals. Call (866) 998-4807 to learn more.

Q: What vacation amenities do you have on-site?

A: We offer an open bay view, cable TV, a large heated pool, three docks, two elevators, sun and shade lounging areas, flat panel TVs, washers / dryers, two elevators, and close proximity to Treasure Island’s world-class beach.

Q: Do you charge for parking?

A: Free on-site parking is available to all guests.

Q: Do you offer Wi-Fi?

A: Yes, we offer free high-speed wireless internet throughout the resort.

Q: What are your front desk hours?

A: Our front desk is available to assist you daily Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, and on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We also offer 24-hour emergency on-site assistance, as well as late check-ins.

Q: Are you on the beach?

A: We are located directly on the wide open bay, just steps from the beach (approximately 20 yards away). Many of our suites are direct waterfront condos with some offering views of the Gulf.

Q: Is your resort family-friendly?

A: Absolutely! It’s always been our policy to provide a quiet, peaceful, family-friendly resort, free of noisy spring breakers and partiers. It’s perfect for families, couples, business travelers, and more.

Q: Do you allow pets on the property?

A: We do not allow pets on the property or in our units. If taking your pet is a must, we would be happy to recommend some pet-friendly hotels in the area.

Q: Do you offer a fitness facility?

A: We do not have a fitness facility directly on-site.

Q: Do you require a deposit to reserve a room?

A: A deposit is required to secure your reservation. We do ask that if you are canceling your reservation, that you do so within 48 hours of making your reservation.

Q: Do you provide disability accommodations?

A: We do have wheelchair-accessible first-floor units featuring larger floor plans. We also allow service / guide dogs.
